We will make every effort to continue to meet all guest check-in times. We ask for your patience during peak periods for any minor delays as we will not compromise our standards to assure your protection and satisfaction.

 

What Measures Are We Taking to Keep You Safe?


We are living in a new age, with COVID-19 front and center for our guests and our associates. We are grateful for the trust our guests have shown us through the years. We want our guests to understand what we are doing today and planning for in the near future in the areas of cleanliness, hygiene and social distancing so that when they walk through our front door, they know our commitment to their health and safety is our priority. The Nautilus Inn has enhanced its cleaning and sanitization procedures to comply with CDC recommended guidelines. Learn more about our new COVID-19 sanitization practices and procedures here.

 

SPECIFIC ITEMS OF INTEREST:


On Arrival:
Please consider social distancing when approaching the front desk. Additionally, consider using hand sanitizer prior to checking in.

Elevators: Due to an abundance of caution, we ask to for only one party/family per elevator car. If you find the elevator occupied, please wait for the next available car. We appreciate your understanding of this policy change for the safety of our guests and staff.

Housekeeping: Due to an abundance of caution, our daily housekeeping services have been suspended. We appreciate your understanding of this policy change for the safety of our guests and staff. Please call the Front Desk if you have a need for linen exchange, trash pick-up, etc. We're here to take care of you and provide the best vacation experience possible at this time.

Breakfast: Due to an abundance of caution, the Sand Dollar Room will be closed to guests of the Nautilus Inn. Coffee has been provided for preparation in your room. If you need additional supplies, please call the Front Desk and we will deliver to your room.

Cocktail Hour: Due to an abundance of caution, our complimentary cocktail hour has been suspended. We appreciate your understanding of this policy change.

Accessing Lobby & Guest Rooms via Pool Deck Door: Due to an abundance of caution and protection of our guests, your guest room key card will be required to for entry through the poolside doors. We appreciate your understanding of this policy change for the safety of our guests and staff. The front doors of the Nautilus Inn will be open if you forget your card.

Pool Deck: Pool furniture should be used with social distancing standards. Please return pool furniture to it's original location after use. Please wipe down your chairs after use with disinfectant spray and towels provided on the pool deck.
